Ms. Briggs came by a new apartment building, but it was a fixer-upper with a whole front wall of windows that needed covering. She wanted them all motorized with their own handsets for each apartment.
We offered Ms. Briggs a selection of inexpensive motorized exterior shades and blinds. Fiberglass and nylon fabric were attached to rollers in watertight overhead boxes, each with an onboard motor and remote receiver. She picked a thicker, insulated fabric, perfect for all-weather window protection. This was a big project, especially since she deemed battery maintenance too problematic and wanted each unit wired in. She seemed very satisfied with our performance, though!
