Mr. Arakawa wanted to install a motorized canopy for the event center he ran’s outdoor pergola. The pergola already had a fabric covering, but adjusting and maintaining it was a lot of work for the staff. He reasoned that replacing it with a motorized pergola canopy would speed things up.
We got the size and dimensions of the pergola down and adjusted a motorized canopy with a combination battery/remote receiver for the task. When we had the motorized pergola canopy’s components all assembled, we started taking down the old canopy. The pergola’s upper framework needed some cleaning and sanding, but after that, we installed the new system with no problem.
